Cost and Payment Schedule

Cost:


$1,475 for 8 day trip with 10-12 paying participants

$1,325 for 8 day trip with 13-15 paying participants

$275/person for Cloud Forest Extension


This itinerary includes the following:


  • All nights in eco-lodges, from Day 1 until day of departure (Assuming shared rooms).

  • Bilingual naturalist guide to accompany you the entire time

  • Private air conditioned vehicle and driver to accompany you the entire time

  • All meals, starting with dinner on day 1 and ending with breakfast on day of departure.

  • Activities: (all activities per itinerary)

    • Entrance to Kekoldi Indigenous Reserve

    • Guided hike through Gandoca Wildlife Refuge

    • Tour of Punta Mona Center for Sustainable Living & Agriculture

    • Guide and entrances for farm and co-op visitation day

    • White Water Rafting excursion on Pacuare River

    • Entrance to Ecotermales Hot Springs

    • Entrance to La Fortuna Waterfall

    • Guided farm tour by Don Juan

EXTENSION INCLUDES:

    • Guided hike through cloud forest

    • Salsa dancing, cheese making, and whatever else the Seelye's may teach us!



  • Snacks, bottled water throughout trip

  • Transfer to and from the airport for arrival and departure

  • Not included: round-trip airfare*, tips & gratuities, airport exit tax ($26), alcoholic beverages, laundry, phone calls, incidentals, souvenirs. 

  • (*Special Notice!!  There are currently direct flights on Jet Blue from Orlando for $200 round trip!!)




CUSTOMIZED GROUP SALES AND INDIVIDUAL SALES

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is due when registering unless the trip is within 60 days. The balance of the trip is due 45 days prior to the trip. If the trip is booked within 60 days of the day of departure, the full amount is due immediately, prior to reservation finalization. Please fill out and sign our Trip Registration and Release form and return it to our offices with your deposit. Thank you!


CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled trip, a full refund (less your deposit), is made. 75% of the trip balance, excluding the full deposit, is refunded if cancellation is received in our offices 59-45 days prior to the trip. If cancellation is received 44-30 days prior to the trip, 25% of the value is refunded. There will be no refund if cancellation is within 30 days of the trip. We
